We are delighted to announce that the following titles have been short- and longlisted for the Magarey Medal and the ALS Gold Medal, respectively.

Magarey Medal for Biography shortlist:

ALS Gold Medal longlist:
- Wild Abandon by Emily Bitto
- The Shut Ins by Katherine Brabon

The shortlist for the ALS Gold Medal will be announced in June, and the winners of both awards will be announced in July.
